Affiliated to Taikang Healthcare Investment Holdings, Taikang Community leads the market on construction, operation and innovative services of senior community, skilled nursing and rehabilitation entities. Taikang Community adopted successful experiences of U.S. piers to establish large-scale, full-function and high-quality chain communities of medical and senior caring which combined physical and psychological features of Chinese elderly population.
By localizing the U.S. continuing care retirement community (CCRC) model, Taikang Community provides four types of care to echo different levels of care needs for the elderly:
independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and Alzheimer's care to provide one-stop resolution of retirement.

Currenlty Taikang Community has completed the national layout in 26 capital cities inlcuding Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Sanya, Suzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Nanchang, Xiamen, Shenyang, Changsha, Nanning, Ningbo, Hefei, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Qingdao, Wenzhou, Fuzhou, Tianjin, Jinan, Huhhot and Kunming. Meanwhile, 12 Taikang Community in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Suzhou, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Nanchang, Shenyang, Changsha and Xiamen have been put into operation.
